2012 U.S. Runway MISS Eligibility

I hereby apply as an entrant in the U.S. RUNWAY MISS (“National Pageant”), and I acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. I will be at least twenty (20) and under twenty-nine (29) years of age on June 1, 2012.
2. I am not married, have never been married and have never had a marriage annulled. I have never given birth to a child and am not now pregnant nor am I a parent. If any of these conditions change, I will notify my National Director immediately, and I understand that this may affect my eligibility.
3. I have never participated in a previous national U.S. RUNWAY MISS. If I have I will get the National Directors’ approval to compete again.
4. I am of good health and moral character.
5. I represent that I have not and will not engage in any activities which, if disclosed to the public, would bring, or tend to bring, myself, my state pageant, my national pageant, Diamond Productions, the U.S. RUNWAY MISS system or any of their subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies into disrepute, ridicule or contempt not limited to, but to include any type of use of illegal drugs, any other illegal behavior or activity, professional or amateur nude or semi-nude dancing or modeling in any sexually oriented business or club, any type of nude or semi-nude photographs or video tapes, prostitution, any felony conviction, probation or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
6. I am a naturally-born female and am a citizen of the United States and at least one of the following is true:
(a) I now reside and have resided in the United States as my permanent and primary residence for a period of at least six (6) months immediately prior to the beginning of my national pageant (although I may have attended college or university elsewhere); or (b) I have resided in the United States as a full-time student at college or university for one entire semester immediately prior to the beginning of my national pageant, and I am continuing to reside in my state as a full-time student (although I may have spent or be spending the summer in another city, state or country).
7. I agree that if selected to participate in U.S. RUNWAY MISS I will participate in that pageant and will abide by all rules and regulations governing that pageant. If I win U.S. RUNWAY MISS, then I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing that pageant.
8. Neither I nor any member of my immediate family is employed by U.S. RUNWAY MISS or any of its subsidiaries. (IF YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY IS EMPLOYED BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY FIRM OR CORPORATION CONTROLLED OR AFFILIATED WITH ANY OF THEM, THEN YOU MUST NOTIFY YOUR NATIONAL DIRECTOR IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING, SO THAT YOUR ELIGIBILITY MAY BE DETERMINED.)
9. I agree that if I win the national level title, U.S. RUNWAY MISS, then I will not participate in any pageants during the time that I hold that title, unless authorized in writing by Diamond Productions.
10. I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER ANY CLAIM AGAINST MY NATIONAL PAGEANT, DIAMOND PRODUCTIONS, AND/OR U.S. RUNWAY MISS, THEIR PARENT OR AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, WHICH I MAY HAVE BY VIRTUE OF MY PARTICIPATION IN MY STATE PAGEANT OR BY ANY USE OF MY NAME, LIKENESS, VOICE AND/OR BIOGRAPHY IN CONNECTION WITH MY STATE PAGEANT, INCLUDING USE IN PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING MATERIAL.
11. I understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by my national director, Diamond Productions or U.S. RUNWAY MISS, and I agree to abide by that determination both as to myself and other applicants.
